Media outlets are raving that Britney Spears has returned to form based on her appearance at the Generation Rescue event hosted by Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey.Somebody tell me how Britney is back? She wore little black dress, nice shoes and a good wig. That is not a comebackpeople - Britney is just acting like she has some damn sense.
