Sad news - actor Bernie Mac, 50, has passed away according to E! Online. Mac died on Friday in a Chicago hospital from complications due to pneumonia .Mac, star of his own Fox TV show "the Bernie Mac Show," has been seeking treatment for his illness since August and as of early this week, had been on the mend.
Mac will as lo be remembered for his role in the "Ocean" films co-staring George Clooney and Brad Pitt.
I was a major fan of Bernie - he was smart, funny with an impeccable sense of style.
We've really lost a great talent much too soon.
